Best practices for the Operations of PBX Systems with Government Ministries, Department and Agencies

In reference to the memorandum dated March 5, 2010, from the Hon. Darly Vaz re - Procurement of Private Branch Exchange (PBX) for Ministries and Agencies, attached is the rationale for the directive and the best practices to be observed in current and future acquisitions.

These directives should guide the creation of Request for Proposals for PBX and current installations of PBX.
